  • Professional information, such as license type and number, specialties, and proof of liability insurance

  • Payment information (handled securely by our payment processor; we don’t store your card details)

  • Booking history and how you use our suites

We also collect some information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you, using standard web analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information


We use your information to:

  • Review your Provider Application and manage your bookings

  • Keep you updated about your account, tours, and reservations

  • Send occasional news and offers, only if you’ve said yes to hearing from us

  • Make Novum and our website better for the people who use them

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run Novum, such as our booking platform, payment processor, and website host

Novum provides office space to wellness professionals. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA, and we do not provide healthcare services. Each practitioner who uses our suites is responsible for protecting their own clients’ information and complying with HIPAA and any other rules that apply to their practice. We do not access or store any client health information, and we ask that you not send any to us.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption when data is transmitted and secure storage practices. That said, no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
