Welcome to the Novum Suites website and/or applications (“Site”), operated by Novum LLC (“Novum”, “Novum Suites”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, website, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. This Agreement affects your legal rights, including but not limited to requiring the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes.

All Novum users agree to maintain professional standards and treat our spaces, equipment, and fellow providers with respect. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Damaging or misusing Novum property or equipment

• Behavior that disrupts other practitioners or their clients

• Unauthorized access to areas not included in your booking

• Subletting or sharing your booking with non-members, unless authorized under a team plan

• Any illegal activity on Novum premises

 

3. User Content

 

Users may post content as long as it does not violate this Agreement or the rights of any third party. Novum reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

 

4. Liability Limitation

Novum LLC provides office space for rent and is not responsible for the professional conduct, qualifications, or services provided by practitioners using our spaces. Novum is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on our premises except where caused directly by Novum’s negligence.

 

5. Privacy

 

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

6. Changes to Terms
